How many does the chapel and reception hall accommodate?
The chapel and reception hall accommodates up to 150 people.
How much is the deposit?
The reservation deposit is 25 percent of your package total. The deposit will officially hold your date for you.
How many pews are in the chapel?
There are 24 pews. There are 22 full pews and 2 half pews.
What is the size of the aisle in the chapel?
The aisle length is approximately 46 feet from the door to the first step of the stage. The aisle width is approximately 5 feet.
May we bring our own decorations?
You are welcome to bring your own decorations. We ask that you coordinate your decorations with the office. You must also include any set up you may need to do in your rental time.
May we bring outside catering?
Glass Chapel is a full-service facility. We are partnered with some of the best caterers in Tulsa. However, we do offer a package where you may select your own catering and additional vendors.
May we sample the catering?
Glass Chapel hosts a sampling periodically. At these samplings, you may taste a selection of menu items. Invitations will be given to brides scheduled at Glass Chapel. However, private tastings are available at an additional cost and can be arranged through the Glass Chapel office.
Do we need to have our own servers?
Servers are included in most, but not all Reception Service packages.
May we have fresh flowers in the chapel?
You may have arrangements of fresh flowers and the bouquets and boutonnieres may be fresh flowers, but please do not use fresh flowers for the flower girl to throw. Fresh flowers damage the marble floor. You may be charged for any damage occurring from not following the rental agreement guidelines.
Can we put floral pieces on the pews?
Yes, but they can not be hung with wire hooks. We recommend hanging with string or ribbon.
When is the balance due?
For your convenience, we have divided the balance so you can make payments along the way. There is an eight-month payment, four-month payment, and a two-week final payment. Three weeks prior to your wedding you will provide us with your final guest count and pay the balance the following week.
When are vendors allowed to deliver?
Your vendors may deliver at your scheduled rental time.
Do we choose our own vendors?
You may choose your own vendors. We will ask you for a list of your vendors at your final appointment. If you need assistance finding vendors, please ask us for our recommendation list and brochures.
May we have a DJ and may we dance?
Absolutely, we love when our couples and their guests celebrate!
May we set up tables and chairs on the reception hall deck?
We can set up tables and chairs on the deck. For tables and chairs included in your guest count, we set up on the deck at no extra charge. If you would like tables and chairs set up in addition to your guest count, there will be an additional charge.
May we bring our own centerpieces?
You may bring your own centerpieces or Glass Chapel has glass centerpieces at no additional cost.
Are the dressing rooms included in the chapel and gazebo rental?
Yes, you have access to the dressing rooms at your scheduled rental time. Please do not leave valuables unattended in the dressing rooms. Glass Chapel is not responsible for items left in the dressing rooms.
Are open flame candles allowed?
Yes, open flame candles are allowed everywhere EXCEPT for down the chapel aisle. LED candles must be used down the aisle.
Do we have to pay for vendor meals?
It is not required to provide meals for vendors included on your package. However, be mindful of vendors that are NOT included on your package, as they may require a meal to be provided.
Do you offer weekday wedding discounts?
Yes, we do offer a weekday discount. We will take $1,000 off all of our full ceremony and reception packages and $500 off all of our Micro packages.
Do we count the wedding party in the guaranteed guest count?
Yes, the wedding party is included in the guaranteed guest count.
Do we count children in the guaranteed guest count?
Children five years and under do not need to be counted in the per person count, but please let us know how many five and under children you expect so that we can make note of it for set up.
Do you allow alcohol to be served at Glass Chapel?
Yes, we do allow for you and your guests to enjoy alcoholic beverages at your event. For more information regarding our alcohol policy, please contact the office.
May we choose the set up, decorations, and food?
All reception plans will be scheduled during the four-month and one-month appointment. Four months prior to your wedding, you will have a one-hour consultation to discuss some preliminary items and to give you an opportunity to ask questions. We welcome questions at any time before the scheduled one-month appointment.
Do we need to provide our own music?
We offer both packages including a DJ or packages where you may select your own DJ. The chapel has a built-in sound system that can be operated through a phone or a DJ. However, in the reception hall, you or your DJ will need to provide a sound system of your own.
What are the dimensions of the gazebo?
The Gazebo is 24 ft. x 24 ft. The opening to the Gazebo is 8’6″ (width) and 8’10″ (height).
What is the damage deposit?
The damage deposit is merely a card we keep on file in case damage does occur. If no damage occurs, then we shred the information. If damage does occur, we contact you before charging the card. This card information will be collected at your final consultation.
